When choosing the sheet size, calculate the bed height and folding allowances under the bed, as well as the bed dimensions.

For example, if your bed dimensions are 160x200 and 25 cm high; 

Calculate 15 cm each as 160+25+25 folding allowance. 
In this case, your measurement should be 160+25+25+15+15=240 cm minimum width.
Likewise, the minimum height should be 200+25+25+15+15=280 cm.
